By using FlyProven ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
FlyProven provides a genuine flight reservation (a temporary booking with a real PNR code) intended as proof of onward travel for visa applications and similar purposes. A reservation is not a purchased ticket and does not entitle you to board a flight.
Each reservation is valid for the period you select (for example 48 hours, 7 days or 14 days). After that period the reservation is automatically cancelled by the airline's system. You do not need to do anything to cancel it.
Reservations are created in the airline's system and can be verified using the PNR code provided. Verification availability and timing depend on the airline and are outside our control.
A flight reservation supports your application but does not guarantee that a visa or entry will be granted. Immigration and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities. We are not responsible for any refusal.
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency displayed. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider.
We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee: if we are unable to deliver a valid reservation, or you contact us within 48 hours with a valid issue, you are entitled to a refund. Refund requests are handled via our contact page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
